Nominate an individual or your organisation for the Mental Health Awards! Email completed entry form to awards@rootofit.com by 30 May, 2024. Please note; Nominations and Entries are completely free of charge, however there are costs associated with the Awards Ceremony which will be held in Birmingham in September 2024.

Individual nominations.

Inspirational stories award.

Awards are presented to a those individuals who have positively impacted someone else’s mental health or have overcome overwhelming challenges in their personal life.

Nominate a professional award.

Awarded to mental health professional who has made a difference through their work.

Outstanding contribution to the sector.

Award is presented to a professional who has significantly contributed to the mental health and wellbeing sector.

Organisation nominations.

Whether it is your organisation or not, let us know about the people whose work is making a difference! Mental Health Award celebrates mental health interventions and activities run by supportive professionals.

Complete the entry form and email it to awards@rootofit.com by 30th May, 2024.

Individuals are unable to nominate themselves.

You can nominate up to 3 people or organisations, using a separate form for each entry.

Use the ‘entry guidance’ to check your entry before submitting the form.

You may include supportive materials (such as photos, videos, testimonies of others etc) as appendices.

=

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted individually via email.

=

Previous nominees can be nominated again.

=

Previous award winners can be nominated to a different award or the same award after 2 years.
